Weather today: Very cloudy skies with only flashes of sunshine and a few showers in the afternoon. Snowline between 900 and 1300 m altitude. Föhn wind will blow in many valleys. High temperatures from 6° in the Wipptal to 14° in the Unterland.

Mountain weather today: In the mountains, the weather will be unsettled with low temperatures and some snow showers.

Weather conditions: The upper level flow will be from the north. On the southern side of the Alps, the foehn will blow.

Weather tomorrow: A few snowflakes will initially fall on the border with North Tyrol, otherwise the clouds will clear with the northerly wind and the sun will shine at times. During the afternoon, the tendency to showers will increase slightly in the southern parts of the country. Maximum temperatures between 7° in the Upper Eisack Valley and 17° in the Lower Eisack Valley.

Mountain weather tomorrow: It will still snow lightly at times on the mountains of the main alpine crest, otherwise it will be dry with sunny spells into the afternoon. Subsequently, some snow showers are also possible in the southern mountain groups. It will remain windy and cold.
