When the last guest has departed and a gentle calm returns to our hotel in Sexten, South Tyrol, a very special time begins for us: our seasonal break.

From the outside, it may seem as if everything is resting. The corridors grow quiet, the rooms are empty, and for a moment it feels as though the house is asleep.

And yet, this is exactly the time when we take especially loving care of our house, with great care and heart.

Without the lively rhythm of everyday life, we dedicate ourselves to all those things that usually remain behind the scenes. With care, time – and above all, with heart.

Room by room, everything is carefully cleaned and prepared. Every curtain is washed, every mattress thoroughly cleaned, every bed checked. The wooden floors are polished until they shine warmly again – just as you feel it when you open your room door upon arrival.

We take care of the little details: adjusting furniture, checking lights, carrying out small repairs. These are the things you may not always notice – but they make all the difference for a relaxing holiday in South Tyrol.

The kitchen, the stube and our wellness area are also thoroughly cleaned, maintained and prepared – so you can fully enjoy your stay in Sexten from the very first moment.

Outside, our herb garden is lovingly prepared for the coming season.

We consciously use this quieter time to bring our family-run hotel back into its best shape – for new encounters, familiar faces and many special holiday moments.
