• Prices are in Euro per person per day, for a minimum stay of 3 days.
  Surcharge for stays of less than three days: € 5.00 per person per day.
   
• Children’s discounts (additional bed in their parents’ room)
  0 - 2 years: € 10.00 (bed and breakfast)
  3 – 7,99 years: 50% discount
  8 – 13,99 years: 30% discount
  14 years and over: 10% discount.
   
• Single room surcharge
  € 20.00 north-facing rooms, € 25.00 south-facing rooms. "Panorama" and "Rotwandblick" double rooms for single room use: prices available on request.
   
• Deposit

• Cancellation insurance
  Sometimes, sudden unexpected circumstances may prevent you from leaving for your holiday. Our cancellation insurance will give you peace of mind. According to EU regulations, penalties can be applied in all cases of late arrival, failure to arrive, or early departure. To avoid such charges, we recommend that you take on our travel cancellation insurance.

  Arrival: from 2.00 pm. Departure: by 10.00 am
   
• Payment
  The hotel bill can be paid in cash up to € 4.999,99, crossed cheque, EC-Card, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa.
   
• Pets
  Your four-legged friends are very welcome, subject to previous agreement.
  An extra charge of € 8.00 per day will applied (no pet food included).
  Please note that only certain room types can be booked and dogs do not have access to the dining room.
   
• Bathrobe:
  For an amount of Euro 7.00 you can borrow a bathrobe for the duration of your stay.
   
• Found & Send
  To quickly get back any items forgotten at the hotel Booked directly online at the site www.foundandsend.it.
   
• Shuttle bus for our guests from the hotel to the ski area Helm and heated ski cellar.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable, and therefore will not be returned in case of cancellation.
  For cancellations received at least 30 days before the arrival date, we will be happy to allocate the deposit paid for one year against a future holiday with us. The cancellation of bookings without incurring extra costs is only possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation up to 14 days from the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the booking cost. In case of cancellation up to 8 days from the arrival date we will charge 70% of the booking cost. For cancellations less than 8 days before the agreed arrival date, early departure and late arrival 100% of the total price will be charged.
